2) Sample Letters of Objection to the Sites being located in the Deepings

In addition to or instead of completing and returning a consultation form, we are delighted to be able to report that we have had some help from a Planning Consultant who has drafted two letters for local residents to send in objections that fully comply with legitimate planning objections. You can choose whether you prefer to send in the detailed or summary version.

These letters can be :

2) Dated by you
3) Signed by You
4) Posted to the Planning Policy Team, South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, St. Peter's Hill, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 6PZ

We have been advised that because the letters are individually printed and dated they will count as separate objections rather than a petition, so this is a great way to get your concerns across.

However, if you would rather you can use just the parts of the letter that reflect the issues that particularly concern you.
